  : Do not work on or under a vehicle supported only by a jack. Always support the vehicle on safety stands.

Raise and support the vehicle.

. Remove the fender splash shield.

. Release the brake hose bracket from the wheel knuckle.
  Remove the retaining bolt.

  : Do not allow the brake caliper to hang on the brake hose.

Release the brake caliper anchor plate from the wheel knuckle and tie the caliper aside.
  Remove the two retaining bolts.




. Release the wheel speed sensor from the wheel knuckle.
  Remove the bolt.




. Remove the wheel speed sensor.
  Disconnect the electrical connector.
  Release the wiring harness from the 5 clips.




. Make sure the wheel speed sensor location in the wheel knuckle is free of dirt.

. :
  Make sure the electrical connector retaining clip is attached to the body wiring harness.

Install the wheel speed sensor.
  Connect the electrical connector.
  Attach the wiring harness to the 5 clips.
  Tighten the bolt to 9 Nm (7 lb.ft).

. Secure the brake caliper and anchor plate to the wheel knuckle.
  Tighten the bolts to 275 Nm (203 lb.ft).

. Secure the brake hose retaining bracket to the wheel knuckle.
  Tighten the bolt to 25 Nm (18 lb.ft).

. Install the fender splash shield.

. Install the wheel and tire.
  Tighten the wheel nuts to 140 Nm (103 lb.ft).

. Depress the brake pedal several times, check the fluid level in the brake fluid reservoir and top-up with brake fluid if necessary.

. If a new wheel speed sensor has been installed, interrogate the ABS system using T4.
